Refund Policy

We want you to love every Grabit purchase. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — no fuss, no hassle.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement unless the item is faulty.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • The item must be in its original packaging (where possible)
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • Perishable or consumable goods
  • Items marked as final sale

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@grabit.store with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo or video of the issue

We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at support@grabit.store with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions. Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Grabit covers the return shipping cost in full.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit to your account.

7. Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or variant, please contact us at support@grabit.store. Subject to stock availability, we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed, provided they have not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled — please follow the returns process instead.
