How tight should a compression sleeve be?
It should feel firmly snug — you should feel gentle, even pressure across the joint. Never painful, numb or tingling. Always refer to the size guide on each product page and measure the circumference of the body part before ordering.
Can I wear my compression sleeve all day?
Yes. Our bamboo compression wear is designed for extended daily use. The breathable bamboo fabric regulates temperature and stays comfortable from morning to night. Some customers also wear lighter sleeves overnight — this is safe and can help reduce morning stiffness.
How do I wash my compression sleeve or socks?
Machine wash on a cool 30°C cycle inside a mesh laundry bag. Do not tumble dry — air dry flat. Washing after every 2–3 uses is recommended to maintain elasticity and hygiene.
How long until I notice results?
Most customers feel noticeable relief from the very first wear. Significant reduction in swelling, stiffness and pain is typically felt within 3–7 days of consistent use.
Is bamboo compression better than neoprene?
For everyday and extended wear, yes. Bamboo is 4× softer than cotton, naturally anti-bacterial, odour-resistant, temperature-regulating and hypoallergenic. Neoprene can cause skin irritation and overheating with prolonged use. Our bamboo sleeves are designed to be worn all day, every day.
What conditions do compression sleeves help with?
Our compression wear is commonly used for: arthritis, knee pain, plantar fasciitis, ankle sprains, carpal tunnel, RSI, tennis elbow, shin splints, varicose veins, leg fatigue and post-exercise recovery. Always consult your GP if you have a medical condition before using compression products.
Can I wear compression socks on a flight?
Yes — this is one of the best uses. Graduated compression socks reduce the risk of deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and swollen ankles during long-haul flights. Put them on before boarding for best results.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of being placed. After that, your order will have been dispatched. Contact support@grabit.store immediately.
Why haven’t I received my order confirmation?
Check your spam folder. If it’s not there, email support@grabit.store and we’ll resend it right away.
