If you're not completely happy with your order for any reason, contact us within 14 days of receiving it and we'll sort it — no lengthy forms, no difficult conversations. We want you to be satisfied, full stop.
Returns are accepted if the item is unopened and in its original condition, or if it arrives faulty or damaged. Just get in touch and we'll take care of it.

Dispatched Within 48 Hours
Orders placed Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched within 48 hours. Orders placed over the weekend ship on Monday. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order leaves us.
